Rupina La Pass 4,520 m is regarded to be one of the challenging trekking destinations in Manaslu region. This trekking provides you an opportunity to explore unique landscapes of rocky and snowy hills, the diverse culture and lifestyles of people. This trek is very least explored areas in western part of the country. While we do Manalu trekking we have to go on camping trekking because this area is opened just a few years ago so still the lodges are unavailable. Manaslu Rupinala pass trekking provides maximum rewards of mountains, culture, tradition, Flora and Fauna’s experiences.
This trek starts from low land and takes you higher on the lap of mountains through rocky, sloppy, hilly, terraced field, alpine forest then down on the way back to Kathmandu.
Day 01: Arrival at international airport and pickup and transfer to your hotel and trekking briefing with welcome dinner.
Day 02:sightseeing in Kathmandu valley.
Day 03:Kathmandu to Gorkha by drive and Kalikasthan. Overnight.
Day 04:Kalikasthan to Khanchowk (1000m) 6 hours walk.
Day 05: Khanchowk to Kharchwok (1550m) 6 hours walk.
Day 06: Kharchowk to Barpak (1750m) 6 hours walk
Day 07: Barpak to Dhansirakharka (2000m) 5 hours walk.
Day 08: Dhansirakharka to Bhaisekharka (about 3950m) 6 hours walk.
Day 09:Bhaisekharka to Rupinala glacier (4000m) 8 hours walk.
Day 10:Glacier camp to ChulingKhola Kharka (3950m).
Day 11:Chulingkhola Kharka to Ngyak bensi (about 2000m) 6 hours.
Day 12:Ngyak bensi to Ghap (2156m) 6 and ½ hours walk.
Day 13:Ghap to Li Gompa (about 3650m) 6 hours walk.
Day 14: Li Gompa to Raman Kunda (3950m) 6 hours walks.
Day 15: Raman Kunda to Sama Gompa (3530m)4 hours walk.
Day 16:Samagoun to Samdo (3780m) 5 hours trek
Day 17: Samdo to Dharamsala (4480m) 4 hours trek.
Day 18: Dharamsala to Larkya pass (5213m) and descending to Bimthang 3630m) 8 and ½ hours trek.
Day 19:Bimthang to Dharapani (1890m)

Day 04Kalikasthan to Khanchowk (1000m) 6 hours walk.The road descends and easy flat along the Buri gandaki valley passing the several settlements with the fantastic Mountain view from both side of the river.
Day 05 Khanchowk to Kharchwok (1550m) 6 hours walk.Today we pass by very local trail and a lot of ups and downs via several villages, beautiful views from the ridge beneficiate your walk for whole day.
Day 06 Kharchowk to Barpak (1750m) 6 hours walk This day has to cross several river and bridges, a lot of ascending and descending through the forest and Gurung ethnic dominant villages.
Day 07 Barpak to Dhansirakharka (2000m) 5 hours walk.The trail drops to Dorongdi River and ascends to a ridge with few shelters pasture field Dhansirakharka for the camping.
Day 08 Dhansirakharka to Bhaisekharka (about 3950m) 6 hours walk.Today it is really very ascending trail along the Dorongdi Khola. Passing the forest of oak, rhododendron, Juniper and pines takes you finally on the open grassy field of pasture call Bhaisikharka for Camping.
Day 09Bhaisekharka to Rupinala glacier (4000m) 8 hours walk.The trail leads strong ascending to the crest of pass col Rupinala pass 4643m with mind blowing views and steep downhill to glacier camp.
Day 10Glacier camp to ChulingKhola Kharka (3950m).Trekking through sloppy, rocky moraine trail over the glacier with climbing and descending will take you to the valley of Chuling Khola for overnight.
Day 11Chulingkhola Kharka to Ngyak bensi (about 2000m) 6 hours.With the beautiful views of mountain and landscape will leads by passing several hills and descends to a low flat valley to Ngak besi for overnight camping.
Day 12Ngyak bensi to Ghap (2156m) 6 and ½ hours walk.Passing along the valley with zigzag trails will provide miraculous view and joy of your walk.
Day 13Ghap to Li Gompa (about 3650m) 6 hours walk.The trail goes through passing the Himalayan culture, tradition of Tibetan way of life. Crossing OM MANI PADME HUM carving mani walls, gradually ascending to the beautiful and typical settlement which has an old Mahayana monastery is call Li Gompa.
Day 14 Li Gompa to Raman Kunda (3950m) 6 hours walks.We climb basically up to the sloppy and rocky fields, passing the several pastures with beautiful scene of mountains and surrounding landscape. Finally we reach to the holistic lake that is calling Raman Kund.
Day 15 Raman Kunda to Sama Gompa (3530m)4 hours walk. The different landscape and valley will definitely make our trip extra beneficial. Trail goes across several pass and descends to alpine stream. Again climb and downhill to the land or main trail of Manaslu round trek where you find the typical Tibetan culture way of life and tradition is the village SamaGaon.
Day 16Samagoun to Samdo (3780m) 5 hours trekThe Larkya La trail passes several Maniwalls as the valley begins to widen. Passing the stone huts, juniper and birch forest, crossing the river and bridge takes you onto the beautiful Buddhist village Samdo.
Day 17 Samdo to Dharamsala (4480m) 4 hours trek. A fine old mani walls marks the starts of the climbing to Larkya La, climb gently opposite the Larkya glacier becomes an indistinct. On the way you will see troupes of blue ships, yak pasture and beautiful landscape and mountains.
Day 18 Dharamsala to Larkya pass (5213m) and descending to Bimthang 3630m) 8 and ½ hours trek. The day is very demanding, we have to start very early in the morning in order to pass safely. The trail goes through sloppy, grassy fields, rocky moraines to the pass which is very long to Larkya La. The descending is also very steep down hills for a long time, eventually the valley becomes larger and the trail heads down to a large meadow, a Mani wall and some teahouse is Bhimtang
Day 19Bimthang to Dharapani (1890m) cross the glacial stream and follow the ancient salt trade route of Dudh khola. The valley is very impressive full of oak, rhododendron, blue pine, hemlock, birch and bamboo forest. Pass the pasture field, old Gho village and follow the descending valley to Tilche Gurung village to Annapurna classic route Dharapani.
Day 20 Dharapani to Jagat, It is easy walking downhill on the way up from besishahar to Thorong pass. We will meet many people who are intending to get Thorong la, cross the village Tal, Chyamtse and overnight at Jagat.
Day 21Jagat to Bahundanda. Follow the rough road along the valley of Marsyandi until you arrive to Syange then cross the suspension bridge on the opposite site of waterfalls. The trail goes easy walk through rice field of Ghermu phant and climbs for a while to Bahundanda.
Day 22Bahundanda to Besishahar, gradual trekking trail down to Ngadi village and continues to Bulbule. You have to follow the dusty rough road from Bulbule until you reach to Besishahar.
Day 23Besishahar to Kathmandu, drive to kathmandu
