Day 01: pick up at the airport and transfer to your hotel.
Day 02:City sightseeing around Kathmandu valley.
Day 03:Kathmandu to Nepalgunj by flight.
Day 04:Nepalgunj to Juphal by morning flight and over night at Dunai (2150m), the trail descends to the large village of Dangi Bhara, Khala Gaura and a big village on the bank of Bheri River is Dunai.
Day 05:Dunai to Tarakot (2550m) following the trail eastward along the south bank of the Bheri and crossing to the north then follow the river bank until you reach to Tarakot.
Day 06:Tarakot to Lahini odar (2550m) a long zigzag ascending and descending along the Tarap, Khanigaun to Lahini.
Day 07:Lahini odar to Ngawar pani (about 3550m)
Day 08: Ngawar pani to Dho (4000m)
Day 09: Dho (4130m)
Day 10: Dho to Numa La base Camp (4350m)
Day 11:Numa La base Camp to Bang La phedi (4500m)
Day 12:Baga La Phedi to yak kharka,
Day 13: Yak Kharka to Phoksundo Lake (3600m)

Day 15:Chhepka to Juphal,
Day 16:Jufal to Nepalgunj
Day 07Lahini odar to Ngawar pani (about 3550m)the trail forwards on stone stairways and twisting bare-earth to reach the high point about 3650m then downhill to Chukore and gradual flat to Ngawar pani.
Day 08 Ngawar pani to Dho (4000m) Crossing the streams and bridges, passing the series of caves, the large yak pasture of Kamokharka and along flat up and down to Dho.
Day 09 Dho (4130m)Today we can climb a little hill in front of Dho for ensuring acclimatization and day excursion around the village.
Day 10 Dho to Numa La base Camp (4350m) from the Dho the trail heads to the west, gradually climbingto Tok-Khyu village (4180m). Then the trail crosses the Tarap Khola and ascending across the hidden valley to Numa la base camp.
Day 11Numa La base Camp to Bang La phedi (4500m) the route is long climbing up to moraine to Numa La (5318m) pass. From the pass Shey Shikar (6139m), Kanjirowa, Chhatra la and Dhaulagiri I (8169m) are well visible. The trail descends steep down to the valley and turns to Bagal phedi.
Day 12Baga La Phedi to yak kharka, The trail crosses the stream then climbs slope hills, Poyun Chu Valley and to Baga La (5190m)pass then a long steep descending to Sanu Very valley to Roman.
Day 13 Yak Kharka to Phoksundo Lake (3600m) Trek through the meadows, Valley, yak pasture blue pine forest and reaches to Phoksundo Lake
Day 14Phoksundo Lake to Chhepka,From Phoksundo Lake the trail goes downhill to Ringmo valley and continues along the Bheri River bank, crossing the blue pine forest to Chhepka.
Day 15Chhepka to Juphal,The trail slopes down through the forest and riverside to Dunai and demanding climbing to Jufal.
Day 16Jufal to NepalgunjMorning flight to Nepalgunj then back to Kathmandu.
