This trekking is most visiting destinations in Khumbu region. This trail offers you wide range of majestic experiences of mountains and trekking, also it passes through the ethnic Sherpa villages; you explore their lifestyles, culture, tradition, custom and Buddhist monasteries, beautiful landscapes, rocky and sloppy mountain/hills. The final ascending leads you to Gorakshep (5170m) and hiking to Kalapathar (5545mt) and excursion to EBC (5320m). We will see the numerous monuments of the worlds famous climber who lost their life in the mountains just above the Thukla and surrounding sites.

Everest Base Camp and Kalapathar trekking begins with a short flight from Kathmandu to Lukla and the trail passes through heartland of Sherpa, Namche Bazaar, Tenboche, Pangboche, Dingboche, Gorak Shep. And return back down from the same way along you hiked up to Lukla and fly back.

Day 07:Trek to Dingboche(4410m.) 4-5 hrs.

Day 08:Rest day

Day 09:Trek to Lobuche (4900m.) 5-6 hrs.

Day 10:Gorekshep (5170m.)

Day 11:Pheiche (4200m.) via Kalapatter excursion (5545m.) 6 hrs.

Day 12:Trek to Tyangboche (3860.m.) 5-6 hrs.

Day 13:Trek to Monjo 5-6 hrs.

Day 14:Trek to Lukla 6-7 hrs.

Day 15:Flight back to Kathmandu.

Day 16:Free day in Kathmandu or shopping day

Day 03Flight to Lukla & trek begins, Camp at Phakding (2610m.) 3-4 hrs.Morning flight of 35minuts to Lukla then trek following a gentle climb up the mountainside on the left bank of the Dudh Koshi via Chaurikharka village, Thado koshi and Ghat to Phakding.

Day 04Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440m.) 5/6 hrs. We commence our trek to Namche Bazaar through the bank of Dudh Koshi. Today we will cross so many suspension bridge over the Dudh Koshi River. A long zigzag trail leads us through banker, Monjo to Jorsalle the check post of Sagarmatha national park. Thamserku, Kusumgaru and Kwongde Mountain are viewable; a standing Khumbila peak just ahead is standing over the Namche bazzar. We follow a short walk along the riverbed of this V-shaped valley where the river forks Dudh Koshit to the right Bhote Koshi to the left. Now we begin steep ascending to Namche Bazar. We make a quick stoppage just over the shoulder of steep up after one and half hours of walking from where you will have an excellent view of Everest (8848m) and Lhotse (8516m.)Then it takes approximately 45 minutes to arrive Namche Bazzar.

Day 05Rest day or excursion day It is consider an ideal day for altitude acclimatization in this place, after the breakfast just get higher around the museum, the Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Tawache, Nuptse, Amadablam, Thamserku, Kusumkangaru, Kwonge peak and Thame peak are awaiting to your warm greet. It would be the best morning ever in your travel time then follow the steep climb over to the world’s highest airstrip airport Syangboche. Turn to right across the Everest view hotel to Khumjung village for day excursion, visit the monastery which is steel preserving a yeti’s head then get back down to Namche by aside the Khumjung school or if you want to go to Khunde village you can continue climbing and take a direct way to Namche bazzar from Khunde.

Day 06Trek to Tyangboche (3810m.) 6-7 hrs. You have to walk through the same way just up to Museum then take a right flat easy trail. The mountain view are widely spreading all around make a small break in Chhumoa and follow path which is heading to the riverside Lowsasa and Fungitanga. From there it is steep climb through the pine, fir trees, junifer and rhododendron forest up to Tyangboche. Visit the holy monastery in evening and get back to the lodge for Dinner.

Day 07Trek to Dingboche(4410m.) 4-5 hrs. Leaving Tyangboche at the backdrop, we descend through a rhododendron forest and inter to Deboche. Cross a suspension bridge at Imja Khola, Pangboche village and lunch in Sommare (a little hamlet). Then follow the classic trail for half an hour and inter Imjatse Valley beneath the mighty peaks of Ama Dablam, Island peak, Nuptse and Lhotse.

Day 08Rest day This is a suitable place to have rest day for more ensure from altitude sickness. After the breakfast you can take a hike up to pokalde peak about (5000m) or Chhukung peak (5320m) and back Dingboche for overnight.

Day 09Trek to Lobuche (4900m.) 5-6 hrs. Walk slowly to the left first ridge where some stupas are standing, take a trail just above the Pheriche village along the yak pasturland, it seems very closed way however takes a long time to arrive to Thukla. Several mountain views are privileged the way and it may be windy walk, you will see giant edge of Khumbu glacier just over the Thukla. It is very steep path to the top; thousands of monuments are erecting across the ridge including the world famous mountaineer then follow the glacier valley to Lobuche.

Day 10Gorekshep (5170m.) It takes almost 3 hours to Gorakshep, it would be a demanding walk through the Gyatsungkhang glacier, a big moraine track and a gint Khumbu glacier is lying on right side. Pumori, Nuptse, Ngozumba are towering Mountains over your head. You arrive by lunch time to Gorakshep and make Everesst base camp tour if you are feeling well otherwise you can have a relaxing day.

Day 11Pheiche (4200m.) via Kalapatter excursion (5545m.) 6 hrs. Start to climb very early in the morning for sunrise; it takes about one an half hours to Kalapatthar. You can have a great view of EBC, pumori base camp and a close view of Everest and several other mountains view from kalapatthar. It is very worthy and final mission of your travel. Get back to the lodge for breakfast and take steps back to the home from Gorakshep to Pheriche.

Day 12Trek to Tyangboche (3860.m.) 5-6 hrs. Always down to Somare, pangboche and Deboche to Tyangboche.

Day 13Trek to Monjo 5-6 hrs. Namche bazzar lunch and Monjo for overnight.

Day 14Trek to Lukla 6-7 hrs. Returning back to Lukla, and farewell dinner with all together.
