This trekking starts from Ktm to Lukla by flight and designed for those people who are looking for more adventure but safety. We dont need to carry camping gear for this trek, you just have to be physically fit enough for walking or pass two COL Renjola and Chola. Some time it must be a lot of snow on the top of two passes however they are regular trekking passes. It is much better to visit Everest base camp and surrounding before attempting the passes for betterment of altitude acclimatization. The day of every passes is quite hard and challenging so you have to be prepared mentally and physically. This trekking is mostly recommended for all who are willing to visit around Everest region because it leads you around all valleys like Everest, Gokyo and Thame and provide maximum joy of Himalayas and localities.

Day to Day Itinerary

Day 01:Arrival in Kathmandu international airport greeting with flower garland and transfer to Hotel and evening trip briefing with Welcome dinner.

Day 02:After your breakfast transfer to the domestic airport,

Day 03:Trek to Namche Bazaar (344om).

Day 04:Rest day or excursion day:

Day 05:Trek to Tyangboche (3810m.) 6-7 hrs.

Day 06:Trek to Dingboche(4310m.) 4-5 hrs.

Day 07:Rest day:

Day 08:Trek to Lobuche (4900m.) 5-6 hrs

Day 09:Gorekshep (5170m.) 3 hours

Day 10:Trek to Dzongla (4830m.) 5 hrs.

Day 11:Trek to Thagnak (4700m.) via Chola pass 5420m 6 hrs.

Day 12:Trek to Gokyo (4790m.) 3 hrs.

Day 13:Explore Gokyo Ri in the morning which may takes three hours to climb to the summit.

Day 14:Trek to Lungden (4368m.) Via Renjo La pass 6-7 hrs

Day 15:Trek to Thame (3820m.) 6 hrs.

Day 16:Trek to Namche (3440m.) 5 hrs.

Day 17:Trek to Lukla (2800m.)

Day 18:Fly back to Kathmandu.

Day 19:Departure to home

Detail Itinerary

Day 02After your breakfast transfer to the domestic airport,And fly to Lukla (2800m) about 30 minutes with enjoying whole mountain views on north side Annapurna to Everest range. Your trekking supporting staffs are waiting you in Lukla, they will come to collect you at the airport counter and take you to the lodge for some drink break and introduction then the trek starts with your whole crew to Phakding (2640m) overnight.

Day 03Trek to Namche Bazaar (344om).The trail crosses and re-crosses the Dudhkoshi through the villages of Benkyar, monjo, and Jorshalle then climbs steeply 600m to the Namche bazzar.

Day 04Rest day or excursion day:It is consider an ideal day for altitude acclimatization in this place, after the breakfast just get higher around the museum, the Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Tawache, Nuptse, Amadablam, Thamserku, Kusumkangaru, Kwonge peak and Thame peak are awaiting to your warm greet. It would be the best morning ever in your travel time then follow the steep climb over to the world’s highest airstrip airport Syangboche. Turn to right across the Everest view hotel to Khumjung village for day excursion, visit the monastery which is steel preserving a yeti’s head then get back down to Namche by aside the Khumjung school or if you want to go to Khunde village you can continue climbing and take a direct way to Namche From Khunde

Day 05Trek to Tyangboche (3810m.) 6-7 hrs.You have to walk through the same way just up to Museum then take a right flat easy trail. The mountain view are widely spreading all around make a small break in Chhumoa and follow path which is heading to the riverside Lowsasa and Fungitanga. From there it is steep climb through the pine, fir trees, junifer and rhododendron forest up to Tyangboche. Visit the holy monastery in evening and get back to the lodge for Dinner.

Day 06Trek to Dingboche(4310m.) 4-5 hrs.Leaving Tyangboche at the backdrop, we descend through a rhododendron forest and inter to Deboche. Cross a suspension bridge at Imja Khola, Pangboche village and lunch in Sommare (a little hamlet). Then follow the classic trail for half an hour and inter Imjatse Valley beneath the mighty peaks of Ama Dablam, Island peak, Nuptse and Lhotse.

Day 07Rest day:This is a suitable place to have rest day for more ensure from altitude sickness. After the breakfast you can take a hike up to pokalde peak about (5000m) or Chhukung peak (5320m) and back Dingboche for overnight.

Day 08Trek to Lobuche (4900m.) 5-6 hrsWalk slowly to the left first ridge where some stupas are standing, take a trail just above the Pheriche village along the yak pasturland, it seems very closed way however takes a long time to arrive to Thukla. Several mountain views are privileged the way and it may be windy walk, you will see giant edge of Khumbu glacier just over the Thukla. It is very steep path to the top; thousands of monuments are erecting across the ridge including the world famous mountaineer then follow the glacier valley to Lobuche.

Day 09Gorekshep (5170m.) 3 hoursIt takes almost 3 hours to Gorakshep, it would be a demanding walk through the Gyatsungkhang glacier, a big moraine track and a gint Khumbu glacier is lying on right side. Pumori, Nuptse, Ngozumba are tower Mountain over your head. You arrive by lunch time to Gorakshep and make Everesst base camp tour if you are feeling well otherwise you can have a relaxing day.

Day 10Trek to Dzongla (4830m.) 5 hrs.Make 2 hours excursion to Kalapathhar before breakfast for panoramic views of mountain including Sun rise. You also will see clearly the Everest base camp, icefall, a long Khumbu glacier bed and numerous mountains. Get down to Gorakshep for breakfast and follow the same way back to Lobuche. 15 minutes after Lobuche a small path loom into the right valley and takes you to the Dzongla.

Day 11Trek to Thagnak (4700m.) via Chola pass 5420m 6 hrs.Today is also a very important day of our trekking for crossing the pass. You have to eat breakfast very early in the morning and follow a little track to the brown valley towards the mountain. Definitely, it goes from rocky climb, snow boulder to the pass then it is slippery down to the moraine and huge flat barren pasture field. Your muscle must be very tired so, drink some water and eat some bars then continue down to the narrow valley on fold of hill.

Day 12Trek to Gokyo (4790m.) 3 hrs.Passing the way along a large glacier Ngojumba is fantastic day. Walking in the glacier you feel like an ant is walking in sandy globe. The path is difficult to find in glacier because it is moving every year during rain fall season so you have to search stone man and have to follow aside to Gokyo.






Day 13Explore Gokyo Ri in the morning which may takes three hours to climb to the summit.From the summit you will see rewarding views of Mt. Cho–oyu, pumori, Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Makalu, Bhorunche, and many others mountains in a round. Get down to Gokyo and the day free or you can hike to the fifth lake for day tour

Day 14Trek to Lungden (4368m.) Via Renjo La pass 6-7 hrsThe third pass is coming on your hand so repeat the same thing that what you have done for the past passes. Take the path aside the Gokyo lake towards deep mountains in forehead. The snaky trail leads you often climbing along the moraine, rocky hills after hills for 3 hours to the top. The previous views of numerous mountains are still towering all around for the final smiling with re invitation proposes. From the pass you have to descend for 4 hours towards the valley of route enclosed from Tibet by passing a wide yaks pastureland, lakes to the Lungden village. This side seems still typical Sherpa village because their way of life is still not so much changed like on the other side.

Day 15Trek to Thame (3820m.) 6 hrs.Walking in this gives a feeling like in Tibet, little thatched houses are scattering which are still using for settlement and yaks pasture. A few hours of walk will take down to Maralung village from here the classical route from Tibet joints. This route has been using as a trans-Himalayan trade since thousands of years. The massive landscape, culture, villages along the bank of Bhote koshi River provide heavenly joy to Thame. The trek in this valley offers completely different experience and feeling than the other part.

Day 16Trek to Namche (3440m.) 5 hrs.After a short visiting to Thame monastery and village trekking heads down to the Bhote koshi valley Thamu and Namche.

Day 17Trek to Lukla (2800m.)5 hours walk Continue down to the Dudh koshi valley to Lukla and farewell dinner with all together

Day 18Fly back to Kathmandu.Morning flight to Kathmandu and free day in Kathmandu
